數(shù)控粉塵收除器:
該粉塵收除器主要由底部鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、灰斗、上箱體、箱體、進出風(fēng)口、濾袋、清灰裝置、電氣控制等組成。配置變頻控制器,應(yīng)用變頻技術(shù),調(diào)節(jié)風(fēng)機轉(zhuǎn)速、調(diào)節(jié)粉塵收除能力。進行粉、砂分離,代替水洗節(jié)省水資源,避免粉塵或污水排放污染環(huán)境,實現(xiàn)環(huán)保生產(chǎn)。回收的粉塵又可用于環(huán)保磚、水泥、干粉砂漿的原料,實現(xiàn)粉、砂分別利用,提高石料資源利用率。
Numerical control dust collector
:
A numerical control dust collector is consisted of steel bottom
structure , dust hopper, upper case , case , air inlet and outlet , bag filter,
dust clearing device , electric control system and so on. A variable frequency
controller is configured. And variable frequency technology is used to
regulate the fan rotation speed and the dust collecting capacity . Separate
dust and sands instead of dust elimination by water washing , so that water
resource will be saved ,and the emission of dust or effluent to pollute the
environment will be avoided , and environment-friendly production will be
realized . Collected dust will be used as raw material for production of
environment-friendly bricks , cement and dry powder mortar, separated using of
stone dust and sands will be realized , increasing the utilization rate of
stone resource.
